We are Acto Serveis and have been operating since 2005. We specialize in the organization of conferences, seminars and meetings. We offer our clients professional management and consultancy services for the organization of conferences. Our whole-hearted dedication, efficiency and ability to adapt to all kinds of contexts enable us to offer the best solutions in organizational procedures. Technological innovation is also one of our benchmarks.

In 2014 we became members of the Catalan Association of Professional Conference and Meeting Organization Firms and of the Spanish Federation of Professional Conference Organization Firms. The professionalism exhibited by all the firms that have joined these institutions provides assurance that the respective conferences managed will benefit from the expected success in terms of both quality and managerial efficiency.

We also offer permanent secretariat services for scientific associations and societies with the aim of ensuring professionalism in the services offered to their members. We forge a close-knit team with the Board in order to ensure the needs of all members are met.
