ACTO SERVEIS offers colleges of physicians and medical associations the services of a permanent technical secretariat that can

• send members information by post: announcements of courses, congresses, meetings, updates.
• send information by e-mail
• update membership database
• receive phone calls and channel queries to the relevant members designated by the Board
• update webpage contents
• convene ordinary meetings of the Board, attend meetings and write up the minutes
• design and draw up the programmes for courses organized by the Board, and send it to all the members
• process official recognition (CCFMC, RIS)
• draw up the annual report on activities carried out by the college or association
